Solids

We took a little break from the rice cereal when we went to Florida to visit my sister (that post to come), and then decided to try some yummier foods when we got back.  I'm not sure he's sold on bananas (though I thought post rice cereal it'd definitely be a winner), carrots are probably last on the list, blueberries did well, and peas actually went well last night too!

It's official...

...we are moving to Baltimore!  Sterling was accepted to Johns Hopkins School of Public Health!    He'll be taking a "research year" between this year (his 3rd year) and his 4th year of medical school.  It's a one year program for him to earn an MPH.  We are excited for yet another adventure in this crazy life of ours, and I am very proud of him! 

The sun

I guess growing up in Florida I've taken a few things for granted.  One of which is the sun.  I guess I never realized that with a nickname of "the sunshine state" it implied that there are other places where the sun doesn't always shine...this includes Binghamton.  So, the sun finally came out the other day, and it was BEAUTIFUL!  (It was also warm...in the 40's) which made it nice too!  So, we took advantage and went for a walk.

I'm pretty sure this is the first time Cohen's ever seen the sun....it was followed promptly by sneezing, haha!

I was cleaning up a little bit and found this card I had saved.  My dad sent it to us when we had Cohen, and I thought it was pretty funny.

Hopefully you can read it all.  Under the 5 it says, "Low fuel-level warning system: high-pitched alarm sounds when tank needs refill." Under the 15 it says, "Actual mileage may vary with crawling habits, surface conditions, and levels of fussiness or fatigue."
