Well, here in Binghamton there is a sandwich known as the Spiedie. It is a famous sandwich here, and therefore, has its own festival and balloon rally. Of course we went. Ironically, there were more fries, hot dogs, elephant ears, etc. than there were spiedie sandwiches, but it was still fun. We watched as hot air balloons were filled up and launched and then when it got dark they lined up new hot air balloons and fired them up.
This world hot air balloon was our favorite at night.
