Clothes

So after Sterling and I found out we were having a boy we decided we should get a boy outfit (everything up to this point has been white and yellow).  I had some Gymboree gift cards from a couple baby showers before we moved, so we headed over to the mall to get a cute outfit.  It was 8:30 and the store closed at 9:00.  So, we looked through all the cute stuff and picked out an outfit.  We had a question, so we started talking to the employee about it.  She told us about this sale they were having the next evening (Sunday).  It was last season's clothes so they were super marked down and then they were adding 55% off.  They said fleece jackets, etc. for like $3.00.  The baby will be coming just in time for winter, so we were wanting in on that.  We decided to chat it up a little more (or schmooze) for a while.  So we head up to the register to check out, and she again reminds us of the sale.  Sterling proceeded to explain to her that we don't shop on Sunday due to religious reasons, and asked if we could come Monday morning.  She thought and said that we wouldn't get the full 55% off...then she thought some more...and asked if we wanted to look through the clothes then!  She pulled out all the boxes of boys clothes, searched through all of them, and got the sizes we wanted!  (Nice perks to living in a small town?)  We got clothes for the first YEAR of this kid's life.  We got almost 60 clothing items that would have been $1,433 dollars, and we got it for $203!  We were pretty stoked!  Get's that's what happens when you decide to keep the Sabbath Day holy.

This was at 19 weeks.
