On our way up to New York we stopped at Jonathan and Val's house. It was a nice break, and very nice to be able to spend time with them!
I had a field trip I had to take for a required environmental course I am taking (the ridiculousness of which is worth an entire blog by itself). Anyways, we took a nice hike to Falls Lake. It was beautiful.
Poor Ella discovered fire ants, but she was a trooper.
